Collect Magitech Scraps for Kaspar Massi

Description

We Eth survived life in the deserts, the rise and fall of our Empire, and now until the last day of Telara because of one thing: our technology. The magitech you will wield against Regulos will help you win the fight, in true Eth fashion.

You need to take back our stolen tech from the phantasms. Then we can build you something special to get past Regulos.

Perfect. I'll have a technician get to work making something from this to help you in the fight. When you flip it on and blast that fiend in the face, tell him, "This is from the Eth!"

This quest is only available to Eth (the Defiant-side humans). The bahmi equivalent is "Bound in Blood," and the Kelari equivalent is "Spirit Coercion."

If you need a mnemonic for it, the initial sound (but not necessarily letter) of the last word of each quest title matches the race to whom it's available.
