Gather the Air relic from the Icewatch and the Life relic from the expert Realm of the Fae.
Description
I need two powerful planar focuses for this machine. As a creature of Death, Regulos should be particularly vulnerable to a Life relic. I believe he may also be weak to Air, as well, because legend says Crucia was able to stand against him.
We need to gather two very powerful relics aligned to these two planes. For the Life relic, I believe we could use the magical focus Twyl is using to create his pocket realm. For the Air, we should consult the Icewatch. They no doubt have something of Crucia's.
He is located a little ways NE back behind Meridian (if you look on your map, the loc is right on the dotted line and is at approx. at 6409,4935). Takes a little doing to get there, but keep at it! Hope this helps for people who do better with locs. GL! ;-)
I had a bit of trouble finding Sylver for the last step. If it helps, he's by the Freemarch-Stonefield cairn. The KFGuide to cairns / a couple youtube vids made it considerably easier.
To gain the Artifact of crucia, you need to be revered with the Icewatch faction and then talk to an NPC in the middle of the chancel of labors Forge. He is near the Rep vendor.
