Locate Luthas Darkblade within the Terror of Undeath rift and bring an end to his terrible plot.
Description
The Guardians have been feeding him everything he's needed to work on creating an army of extremely powerful flesh golems. He probably sent them out under the guise of "purging" our machines, and then took them for himself.
We must stop him before he can unleash them. When you've finished, report back to General Catari that we've cut off the head of the beast here.

I hope that the Faceless Man is correct, and that we have managed to remove the worst of the influences from those we must endeavor to trust and work alongside.
Create a Lure: Terror of Undeath by combining one Husk: Terror of Undeath (purchased from Grim Disciples for 500 Planarite) with ten Corrupted Souls (found in Tier 2 expert dungeons). This is a raid rift and requires a full raid in order to complete all of the bonus stages. Most of the raid should be wearing Tier 2 level gear as this is a very intense and difficult rift. Expect bosses with one to two million health. Bring friends, family, acquaintances, and strangers to help complete this part of the quest.
You have to beat all 5 stages and from stage 3 on it's timed at 15min per stage. That sounds like a lot of time, but it's a DPS check, one boss has over 2m HP. This is a normal outdoor raid and Focus/Hit/Toughness applies to that. We did it tonight with 2 tanks, 4 main healers and somewhere between 1-3 Bards/Chloros (most of our DPS was in nearly full T2). The chest at the end DOES drop loot. We had it drop 4 pcs of gear + some epic raid item that I had never seen before.
After this quest is turned in you get THREE FIVE quests, two right there, one from the guy in CPS and two from the tent at the foot of the Meridian steps.
