Short Description

Rorshana Hereni has asked you to use the Pack of Gnar Thumpers to hunt a Burrowing Gnar in Splintered Shallows. The thumpers will glow red if you are far away, yellow to green if you are closer, and white if you are near one.

Description

The sands of Splintered Shallows are filled with predators, [%NAME]. Our mounts are often ambushed and devoured by these beasts, making travel dangerous. I need you to make our travel a little safer and eradicate a Burrowing Gnar.

We have developed some tools to help you locate and lure the Gnar to the surface. Use them well!

Great job! Travel through the shallows will be the tiniest bit safer now!

Walkthrough

Use the Pack of Gnar Thumpers to locate a Burrowing Gnar. Gnar will NOT be found in the water and seem to only burrow on the sandy beaches.

  • Red - cold
  • Yellow - cool
  • Green - warmer
  • White - RED HOT (which you can also tell be the big, ugly Burrowing Gnar now eating your thumper.

Once discovered, the Gnar must be engaged or he will walk a short distance and de-spawn.

Once a spot has been used there is a cooldown before a Burrowing Gnar will be found there again. Move around the area and repeatedly use the Pack of Gnar Thumpers to find them all.
