Short Description

Helena Brass suspects Felix the Refined and his Ironhook gang are extorting protection money from merchants in Lantern Hook. Speak with two of them to see what they reveal.

Description

When Mathosia fell, the dregs of the free world slowly migrated here. Case in point is Felix "The Refined" - a greedy thug who's been threatening the merchants, but they're afraid to speak out. Maybe if a powerful Ascended like you asked, they'd be more forthcoming.

So, it's true - Felix the Refined and his gang are forcing the merchants to pay him protection money. No wonder they're behind in their taxes to me and the Lantern Hook Irregulars!

Don't give me that look - we actually protect these people.
