Quick Facts

  • Level: 10+
  • Instance type: Warfront
  • Number of players: 20

Martyrdom

    • Maximum team size: 10
    • Minimum player level: 10
    • Victory condition: Collect 500 points (by holding the Fang of Regulos or killing players) within 20 minutes

This is the normal mode for this map.

The battle is for control of the Fang of Regulus, found in the center of the map. One player grabs the Fang and then tries to keep it as long as he can before dropping the Fang (dying). The longer you hold it, the more damage the evil of it does to you. The closer you stay to the center, while carrying the fang, the more points you rack up per second.

Stockpile

    • Maximum team size: 16
    • Minimum player level: 10
    • Victory condition: Collect 500 points or the most points in 20 minutes by cleansing dark orbs and killing enemy players

Instead of a single Fang in the center, you have many purple balls all over the ground in the center. Go get one (you can have up to three but each slows you a little more) and run to one of the lighted Cleansing Orbs. Click on it to deposit your balls. When a given Orb has taken all that it can it will disable and another Orb in the vicinity will light.

I'm really looking forward on playing the warfront, it reminds me of WoW Bg's, i kept playing those over and over for multiple hours/day.
Great Warfront!

I love the achievements, and the warfront as a whole... only bad thing (as a healer) I have let a few men die to grab the fang to get achievements by myself.... but I Have them now so now I can be a good healer.

While looking over the "Things I wish I had known sooner thread", I read over a tip from Godzillamax I thought was pretty insightful and might be appropriate here.

Quote:
Keeping the Fang closer to its spawn points yields a faster rate of point accumulation. So if your team is dominating, have your Fang carrier stay near the Fang spawn location.
You should assign a healer to spam heals on the Fang carrier.
Tanks make the best Fang carriers, especially if they have a pocket healer.
When a player has the Fang, a bar will appear below the blue/red score UI. This bar shows the name of the player with the Fang, their faction (Guardian or Defiant) and their health. You can click on the bar and it will automatically target the Fang carrier.
