Increasing Hit for my RogueFollow

I currently have 1 hit on my stats for my rogue. I am unable to figure out how to increase this number, which is required to enter T1's and T2's. Any assitance would be greatly appreciated. :-)

crafted jewelry or pieces dropped in dungeons have hit on them. More than enough to get you into t2s. Doing chronicles will get you tablets and if you get enough of those you can get some items with hit on them. There are also runes you can put on your items that give hit. Those can also be made by players.
