EDIT: I also found a new book to read. Carte Blanche is a reboot of the James Bond novel series (which was desperately needed, even some of Fleming's later books sucked pretty hard) and so far it's pretty interesting if you're into that stuff. Basically it makes Bond a vet of the Afghanistan conflict, and makes him an operative in a post-9/11 world. I like the concept because as awesome as Sean Connery was, Daniel Craig and the Bond reboot that he's brought about has been amazing for the films.

WHEEE. Muse is releasing an album this september and then they will go on an european tour! Finland in 10th of december.
Can't wait to see my favourite band live again.

I can't actually remember me hating the Dutch team for their gameplay, but I remember some country that won a few years back with very VERY boring gamestyle, where they pretty much just stayed on their side of the field, playing pass with their team and hardly ever daring to go on the other side of the midfield line.
I believe it was the Greek team.
That was the only time I wanted to throw my TV out the window when I saw them win.

After a lot of drama about my security and going with outside people, that is. Had a small mental breakdown about that, figured out that I could use this device called "telephone" to fix it, and got to go out into the nice part of town. Seaside restaurant, bihari kebabs... acchaa.

I didn't tell him I thought he had a small penis. I pointed out that the normal condoms I have didn't exactly fit and I didn't think it was a good idea for us to have sex again until we had some condoms that fit him properly. I was being responsible. And yeah, he noticed it too and he agreed that it was probably a good idea. Now I just have to figure out if anywhere in town actually sells "snugger fit" condoms or if I'll have to buy them online.

Nope, he's very Asian. Adorably so actually. He's only a few inches taller than me, and he does this really adorable sad face... it's too cute for words. He does have stubble though! He's in the "other" pirate show in town, and he got the part of the main villain, so he's growing out a goatee for the first time in like six months. The last three plays he's been in he had to be clean shaven, and he's really happy to grow out the beard again. I can't exactly say I blame him. When I brought him over during somewhat normal hours and my parents met him, my mom thought he was a high schooler, lol. Yay for having a baby face... speaking of which, one of the old guys in the play today thought I was a teenager like all the rest of the young people. I can't figure out whether I like being mistaken for a teenager at my age, or if it annoys me. I think it's a combination of both.

Bored bored bored... I need to find something entertaining to do, that way I can have an easier time doing homework in like an hour or two. I think I'll go play some Dragon Age.

Well, back from camping with my friends, and I have a pretty bad sunburn on my knees of all places from kayaking today. The rest of me is sunburned too, my knees are just extra crispy. Ah well. I'm just going to make the big container of Aloe Vera my best friend for the next few days. And it was completely worth it, too.

I actually went to visit my cook's family and talked to his wife. Note: She looks like 22. Turns out she's 34. The fact that she has 2 children doesn't show either...

Also, grr convergence failures. So I got a load of them on a 4 atom molecule, which normally takes 5 minutes to optimise - been running a different method on the same molecule for the better part of 2 hours now, I don't get error messages but it's still not completed and I need to re-start the calculation every half hour or so.



Yes, I'm complaining about having to copy and paste 10 lines of text every half hour (which is pretty much all the work I have to do). FWPs much?

It was hardly lopsided, a completely deserved victory for the Danish, not because the Danish were playing particularly amazing football but because the Dutch failed on every level, they played slow, didn't move and lost every single duel. The few parts of the game where they upped their speed just a little the Danish defense pretty much melted but somehow they couldn't keep that up for more than 10 minutes.

So basically, I'm Danish now. GO DENMARK!

Most Europeans do not dress well. Honestly.

And everyone should be European. Everyone cool, anyway. It has so many perks!

Although there is more money in being Saudi, sadly.

Maybe if I weren't from New York and Italian, IE: perfect, that would be appealing. Not everyone can reach the top of the mountain.
