Like the title states, lets see what everyone is working with around here...

AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ 3.0Ghz (bought it about 4 years ago, still works beautifully for gaming)
4 Gb ram (might go up to 8 on black friday, I don't know yet)
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 1 Gb video memory
Western Digital 1 Tb Hardrive (forgot which one exactly)
Razer Carcharias Gaming Headset (cost me $80 but SO worth it)
Walmart mouse and keyboard (low tech but they do their job!)

Your out to win a VIP code aren't you? Haha, me too.

Laptop:
Intel Core 2 Duo P9700
4GB RAM
320gb HD
GTX 260m

Good laptop, it runs without issues.

Desktop:
AMD Phenom 965 (I think..?)
8GB Ram
1TB HD
ATI HD 5700 (I think)

At home, don't run it too much.

They actually delayed the 6970 so I might just cancel to get a 6870 instead, and buy another card in a few years, but I didn't take action yet so I don't know. But the processor is a sure shot.

The 6870s are slower than the 5870s. Sometimes the number scheme these companies use is beyond retarded.

Yeah, don't get the 6870. It's a waste of money. You can read about it at Tomshardware.com.

When Trion hosted the Gamer Day a week or so ago, the invitees were playing on Dell PCs that were around 3-4 years old. The only technical spec reported back was that the PC had a 2.4 GHz dual core CPU, but they didn't bother to check the GPU. They were playing the game smoothly on medium settings with those PCs, so you can use that fact to judge how well your PC may perform.

I am currently running:

E6600 OC'd to 3.0 GHz (may upgrade to a Q9505 soon)
EVGA GTX 460 1GB
2GB RAM on Win XP

I expect to be able to run the game on pretty high settings, but I am not one of those people that needs to have the graphics cranked up to enjoy it.

Bought mine May 2007...

Gateway laptop 13.5" (I think... I know it's less than 15)

Intel Pentium Dual Core

160 GB hard drive (always have to clear out space)

2 GB RAM,

Windows Vista -_- (blech!)

ATI Radeon XPRESS 200M...

It's not a great system, I know. I doubt it will be able to handle Rift, especially since my box is heat damaged.

:) I totally want your Laptop and I'm envious!! I'll post specs to my PC a bit later since I'll be changing the Videocard to a GTX more than likely and adding additional memory before Christmas. But I more than meet the minimum requirements with what I have. Aion runs smoothly with max graphics but I tried FFXIV (which mind you I didn't enjoy at all) and was a bit laggy in certain zones with max settings so had to tweak it.
