I have read many different saying the quest are dumb, there is no enough to do, boring, etc.....

IMO these are good problems to have in beta. Designing content for a game is not extremely hard, and if the devs have the time to do that they will.

The one big thing I havent heard is: I cant stop crashing, lag, my toon got deleted, etc...

Trion has built one heck of a foundation for their game, and I feel that is the most important thing of a game.

When Rift is released it will be an amazing game. When it hits 1 million subs if Rift needs more content they can easily hire more people to help.

Yes, they have an amazing system, even the beta, its just so polished, it does not even feel like beta! Its so refreshing to play a game like that, I cant wait for launch!

The mere fact that I'm able to run this game at all is a testament to Trion's good design. My video card is actually under what they state is the minimum requirements, but with the low-quality render option, I can play it relatively smoothly. It looks like something from 2004 and lags like **** in certain spots, but it's playable.

Having now had a chance to look seriously into various aspects of the game, I think what gives it so much potential is that the developers themselves are focused on making the game fun. They're obviously gamers themselves, and when they comment on things like the soul trees and say that they see it as a fun element of the game and want to adjust so that players get more access to it sooner because they don't think they should be blocking off the fun parts, you know they're on the right track. I played WoW for several years and even when they got it wrong you knew it would be fixed eventually because their focus was on making a fun game. I'm hoping that I'll get a chance to try out the game and help with the beta testing but from the sounds of things they're taking things that they know have worked from other games and then putting their own spin on it while trying to push the boundaries of what we see in current MMOs. Very exciting stuff.

loving everything ive seen, with very few reservations. im a tad concerned with the size of the world, but i could imagine a good fix for that being the elemental planes themselves. the class system is amazing and fun. most of the complaints ive heard are somewhere between wrong and meaningless, such as :too wowlike" or "not wowlike enough" or such. i love it for what it is, which is a great, beautiful, smooth, interesting, complex game, with more promise than any other MMO in the last few years. even if Rift isnt THE game ive been looking for, it appears to mrk the end of a long dry spell in this industry.
