Quick question regarding Druids' "Spirit" attacks.Follow

So I've been doing tons of theory crafting for various builds across tons of different soul combinations in each of the callings. When looking at the Druid tree, I noticed they have three "Spirit" attacks (Trickster Spirit, Spiteful Spirit and Slothful Spirit), all three of them deal exactly the same damage (80-84 at max rank), have exactly the same cool down duration (8 seconds) and have exactly the same effect duration (15 seconds). These attacks deal more damage than Fervent Strike, but less damage than Eruption of Life, Combined Effort, and Bombard.

I was wondering if anyone has gotten a Druid to a high enough level yet to have more than one of these Spirit attacks (at least level 38), that could answer my question.

Do these strikes share a cool down with each other (with an 8 second cool down and 15 second duration, this option would mean only having two of the effects active at any given time)? Can you only have one of the effects active at a time? Or are all three attacks entirely independent of each other and you can keep all three effects up at all times. I know the tool tips don't say they share a cool down or anything like that, I know a lot of games that have things like this do tend to share cool downs with each other.

If all three Spirit attacks are entirely independent to each other, between keeping Combined Effort and Eruption of Life up, and casting Bombard on cool down, and then keeping all three Spirit effects up, by pure damage alone, you'd rarely ever get the chance to use Fervent Strike.

Then again, at 5/5 Spirit of the Wood, Fervent might be more DPS to use over these Spirit attacks anyway if you aren't required to keep the Spirit debuffs up for whatever reason.

Even if that is the case, I'd still like to know if those three Spirit attacks share any kind of cool down or anything similar.

EDIT: Okay, in retrospect, that wasn't really a quick question... but I tend to be long-winded.
