Is this build any good for a more damage oriented melee cleric? I know its more tankish but I dont know how else to configure it in order to keep melee cleric and add more damage.

For a more damage oriented Shaman build, I would roll with this build:

More points in Shaman with some of the self healing stuff from Justicar and the damage talents relevant to Shaman from the Druid tree.

You can play how you want, just make sure you read the talents and exactly what they do based on the abilities you use. I picked mine based on how I would play mine... you might play yours differently.

my bet is that this will be the highest shaman dps spec:

remember that 'Faith in Action' converts all spellpower into attack power and all spell crit into melee crit.

since shamans will heavily rely on crit, a total of +60% crit dmg (bringing it up to 210% instead of 150%) will provide a tremendous dps boost.

If you want to keep the justicar prevalence, I would recommend this one:

note that you do fill tank (jus), heal (jus), support (druid satyr), and DPS with this build, although all are weak compared to somebody who makes it their primary function.

Faith in Action R2 SHA, are you certain that this will convert the 5% spell crit into melee crit? When reading the description on FiA, I presumed that it would convert your attributed spell crit, not considering talented gains. I don't have Rift running yet, so, I cannot verify either way. If anyone could clear this up, that would be great.
