I disabled uploads over a certain size for a couple of reasons. After upload, you can simply delete your Discovery.log file (rift needs to be closed or you need to run the /discoverylog command to stop it logging, delete, then run again to restart logging).

You can safely pare down the file if you remove whole blocks from the non-indented lines (i.e. <Loot> through </Loot> -- make sure open and close tags both go).

12mb...why does it error out? Riftnut does not have that issue. So what do I do clear out the log manually I guess to make it smaller?

The most recent information would be at the end of it, so maybe start clearing about halfway through?

I delete discovery.log every time I'm done uploading it and that makes upload times very fast for me. Definitely recommend that for anyone using this feature. :)

I greatly appreciate this wiki site and have used it many many times. As a completionist I make sure I get every achievement and do every quest in a zone at least once and since I've leveled a character or two I'll read the flavor text supplied with each quest prompt. Would you be interested in adding a section to each of the quest pages to include the text? I'd happily take the time to fill in the info. The Trion team did put quite a bit of effort into the storyline and if you take the time to read it it can get pretty interesting.

It's instant: you should see them on the map right away. Can you link the naughty ore entry, please? I'll ask a dev to take a look.

Would you please dig out your discovery log entry for those missing locations? So we can run this down?

Based on other people's success with the DB, I'm guessing it's just me but: every time I try to do an item search, I get this message:

Struck TextOK

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

This is using firefox, although it also happened on IE8. Thoughts?

What specific fields are set to what in your search?

One I can reproduce every time:

(These work):
Chain Armor
Chest
Required Level 50 -
Epic

Until I try to add:
Armor (default is >= 1, but I've tried different values and get the error)

Manipulating the other fields and re-trying, it's pretty clear that I have an issue with the armor field for some reason. (like setting armor value to >= 100 and switching to helmet still won't work). I'll just say right now it's possible that armor is the only field that gives me trouble since I was looking specifically for high value sets. If I can reproduce another error, I will post it.

edit: also, thank you for your help.
