Does Combat Expertise, Blade Finesse, Ambidextrous and Combat Efficiency works for ranged attacks?

Ambidextrous most definitely, it simply gives you more of that particular stat. Blade Finesse increases 'auto damage' which I'm assuming applies to ranged and Combat Expertise would as well, I haven't tested this but I'm only guessing since it wouldn't make sense otherwise.

Yes, yes, yes, and yes.

I don't suggest using that soul for ranged builds though, unless you're really hurting for the hit chance. Auto-attack damage is a very small portion of the total damage generated during a fight and you'll be waiting for global cooldown more than you'll be waiting for energy. Nightblade will ultimately give you higher damage output.

Blade Finesse, working for ranged attacks? I've been researching this a bit on different forums, none of them coming to the same absolute answer. I do not currently own Rift, yet, I plan on picking it up soon. Meanwhile, I've been playing around with the soul builder here on Zam. It would be great if someone could parse a confirmation as to weather or not it truthfully does, or does not, apply to ranged attacks.

"Blade Finesse" might lead you to believe that a ranged weapon is no blade; yet, the description, should that be the case, is misleading.
