Hello everyone! Thanks in advance for any and all responses. I'm an old veteran of FFXI, and I would like to get into a new MMO. I've been paying close attention to Rift, and I think it looks like a great game. I however am not entirely familiar with PC requirements and such. I'm looking into purchasing a new laptop that I can use for school and that will also run a few games such as Rift, smoothly. I'll list a couple links I was looking at, and would appreciate any input. Thanks again! P.S. While I'm sure I'll catch some flak, I have access to a discount at Walmart which helped narrow down my options.

The Toshiba seems like a better choice at first glance, and these both look like they meet the requirements for running Rift.

You should be aware that high-end gaming on a laptop is a bit of a iffy proposition. You shouldn't expect to run on high settings with either of these machines, but you should do fine without necessarily having to use the low quality renderer.
