Advice on rogue melee DPS soulsFollow

So i'm a bit overwhelmed when it comes to which melee dps souls are enjoyable and fairly strait forward to play.

Ranger/Marksman and Riftstalker tank were the only two that I initially understood enough to play with. I'm now level 26 and i'm getting tired of those two specs.

Can I get some advice on a fairly generic melee dps spec? I understand its fairly open in most cases so no one spec is 'right' but i'm not sure where to start.

Can I get some advice/help when it comes to melee dps for Rogue souls?

Important skills to get, what souls are best, rotations, etc.

Bladedancer is your basic melee dps build, if you're familair with WoW, think combat rogue.

Assassin is your stealthy build, think maybe sub rogue in WoW, to the best of my knowledge, not all about PvE, maybe more for PvE as a main soul. If you're going to include this in your build just for melee PvE DPS, then I would avoid building around it, but I haven't tried this. You'll get a little bit of soloing power out of this by having improved stealth to avoid many fights, enduring brew for a short heal, and leeching heal,

Nightblade is a melee/short ranged hybrid. You'll deal more damage in melee with it, but be dealing more damage in the fray than with some distance on your side.

Riftstalker is going to be able to add some survivability, soloing power, and a self heal through rift scavenger, and some hot action with your teleports. You won't want to build around this though for pve dps.

Sabotuer is some more ranged damage, not so sure about this one, but your charge generating combo points you won't want to use finishers with from out of the sab soul because then you have to build them back up fast to get use of your sab finishers.

Bard is heals. Another good for soloing, and also off healing.

I'm a PvPer, rocking 33/33/0 NB/Sin/RS for PvP that I'm working towards. Hope this helps.
