Rift's Mobile Authenticator for Android devices has arrived! It's available as a free download in the Android Marketplace. A version for Apple devices in the works, and Trion Worlds hopes to release additional versions for other platforms and devices in the future.

I downloaded the authenticator for my Motorola Droid and it works without any issues.

Hooray.

EDIT:

30 second refresh cycle, and it refreshes while you're looking at it (instead of having to keep pressing a button). Granted it's in an application instead of being an LED device so it makes sense to improve it a bit.

Now if I can find a way to make it appear on my lock screen instead of having to go through 3 screens to get to it

It's just java code. Could always move the appcode to a pc and figure out what it's doing.

Put it in a script applet and then you can click it to add it to any webpage you want ;)

Servers are up, I just logged in and received the title "the Ironclad" in my mailbox for adding the authenticator.

Hopefully soon there will be a way for those of us who only use our cell phones for phone calls to authenticate.
