just wondering...where's my house? where's my family? where's the **** bathroom?

i'm wondering what are we fighting for in Telara? i got one guy who runs the bank who definitely has ties to the AH guy, who seems to get a pretty sweet cut himself. then you got another guy who has a monopoly on artifacts...try spending these lucky coins in other towns! leave the major cities and you won't find much: lots of mindless killing, looting, and otherwise bothering people.

i can't even find where i used to live or any of my old school mates...frak, where's my school? Telara seems pretty grim to me. maybe this Regulos guy isn't so bad. maybe he just wants to bring a little Western touch to this barbaric countryside. i for one, would like to see some developed real estate and maybe a restaurant or two. a little law n order can help you live longer and happier, and with the proper regulations a lot less people would die from being mauled by boars.

Your family and home are in the future being destroyed by Regulos' armies.

And ascended don't need a bathroom (hey there have to be SOME perks right?)

I'm not sure I understand the point of this post. Did you watch the introduction? You're either a hero from the distant (destroyed) future, or from 20 years in the past. Either way you died. If you had a house, it was probably sold. If you had a family, they probably died as well. You're technically a zombie, so there's no need to use a bathroom.

In that giant, smoking city in the distance that you can see from the bridge at the starting zone. Most of the people on the beach will tell you about it if you talk to them.

Yeah, already has been taken care of lore-wise. Just listen, read, and don't skip lore being spoon-fed to you and you will understand where you are, how you got there, and where you're going.

LMAO. good one tommy. but to break it down for ya

your house is in eq.
your bathroom is in sims.
your family is in fable.

As to what we are fighting for. It's not regulos guy we are fighting but those annoying boars, at least I am. I mean why are the boars so mad at us we dont have restronts no family to feed no house to hang their stuffed heads. What did we do to them to **** them off so much?? I blame hippies. Yes the peace loveing hippies. They was too friendly and now all the animals aren't afraid of us no more and are over running the areas. Its like old peeps feeding crocs in flordia. They stop feeding croc one day next day one less old person. So maybe it's not hippies but a bunch of old people. hmmmm..

well back to work so i can pay for rift and then go home and kill some more boars.(grumbles about no wall to hang trophies on)

Hey, we all need peace loving hippies. They can throw a buff or two at us and sing us a lovely tune as we bash some heads.
Anyways, I'd say that it's all the Ranger's fault for angry boars! They probably mistreated their never ending supply of them... haha.
