RIFT 1.2 Hotfix #4

* Adjusted the difficulty of some lower level zonewide events.
* LFG: The system will block a mid-instance LFG party leader from accidently overwriting their group's Replacement LFG request with a LFG queue for a new instance -- the leader will have to dequeue from the Replacement LFG request first.
* Players that have been incorrectly locked out of all instances due to a bug in the LFG system will no longer be locked out. Enjoy your dungeoneering!
* Moonshade Highlands: Fixed some issues that caused the Aelfwar Emissary rare spawn to be even rarer than intended.
* Shimmersand: Damage Control: Fixed an issue that caused the Victaeus encounter to break if he died on top of an Earth Beacon.
* Increased the mail box soft cap from 200 to 500. You may no longer create or bid on auctions if you’re at or above the soft cap.

* Thalguur: The 'Power of Luxury' buff now grants 40 attack power per application, up from 20. That's TWICE AS MUCH LUXURY!
* Corrected an issue causing physical attacks to deal less damage than intended to NPCs and Bosses in the Sliver. Several NPCs have had their hit points slightly increased to compensate for the large increase in melee damage from players.

* When a raid leader goes offline or leaves, the Raid will always select an online member as the new leader.
* Achievement: Expert Abyssal Precipice: Defeating Kaler Andrenos and Majolic the Bloodwalker now gives proper credit for killing Expert versions of those NPCs.

* Expert: Scarn's Molten Phlegm debuff now has the correct border color and no longer stacks on players.

* Fixed Scorching Shards not always despawning properly.
* Reduced the damage radius of Scorching Shards to match the visual effect.

Updated the Brilliant and Blazing Resistance Rune recipes. They should now use valid consumable items dropped from rifts instead of essences.

* Returned the lost arrows to character creation sliders.
* Waypoints set on the world map will no longer persist into warfronts.
* Reworked the Search feature on the Artifacts panel:
- Removed 'By Name' from dropdown menu.
- Removed 'By Item' from dropdown menu.
- The Search field is always visible and the item icon has been removed.
- Right-clicking an Artifact in your inventory fills the Search field with the name of the Artifact and performs a search.
- Changing the dropdown selection while searching will filter results based on the selection.
- You can search for an artifact in just the Completed, Incomplete, or Turned in sets in addition to all sets.

* Facebook integration should be up and running again!
* Fixed a bug where the mouse could start to become unresponsive.
