this is an interesting idea.... But i see several problems in it
It might be able to tank a physical only boss just fine, but it would not be able to hold up against a magic boss.
The issues i really see with it are:
15points are pretty much wasted so u can dw
21points go into a non tanking soul, but reward u with 14% parry and 10secs of 75%parry every 30secs, which seems nice, but it probably wouldnt be a long enough break for your healer and is only effective against physical dmg boses
No dungeons are 100% physical
5 points wasted on increasing dmg from one handers ... most of the warrior tanking abilities generate more threat by nature and dont need to have buffed dmg
your missing 15% block due to lack of shield

with this build, a tank can take on any boss and have decent mitigation against any form of dmg.
Im not saying that your build couldnt tank.... but I will say it would die pretty quickly no anything save a physical boss and thats supposing your in pretty great gear with great healers.
