RIFT 1.2.1 Hotfix #3 - 6/5/11

* Warfronts: Damage power-ups found in The Black Garden, The Codex, and Whitefall Steppes now grant a static amount of Attack and Spell Power based on the level bracket of the Warfront they are in.
* Guardian or Defiant Invasions should no longer attack Ancient Wardstones that are activated for their faction.
* Raid Rift: Drakith Hatchery is now more in line with the difficulty of other Raid Rifts. Also with less annoying knockbacks!
* Fixed some audio issues with footsteps for the Kelari Camoflauge ability.

IRON PINE PEAKS
* The population in Mage's Mark has undergone some tweaking to bring it more in line with the intended difficulty for the area.
* Make Him Sing: Fixed some issues that could cause Ekdim the Mad to not turn friendly and be interactable while on this quest.

I saw the note about the red ball of death and finally thought the days of 7.6k Crit Fulminates were done for...too bad Trion is still learning how to balance pvp.

It only took them 3 months to get rid of the stupid source stone buffs in Port Scion to make that place actually fun. They will learn.

There's also the fact that melee get very little benefit from the big red ball since AP scaling works about as well as an ice cream parlor on the surface of the sun. So this may be the first step in changing that, by not just straight up doubling AP/SP (something that does wonders for casters and nothing for melee) they can change it so that AP is increased by a proportionate amount to produce an equivalent increase in damage versus their magey counterparts.

If I spent an afternoon on the surface of the sun, I'd probably appreciate some ice cream.
