You've got the right idea, but I'd make some tweaks. Take the 10 points out of Dominator; you only need it at 0 point for transmogrify, anything more is wasted. Spend 5 more points in chloro to get Living Energy, this is a great buff that reduces everyone's ability costs by 10%; it's one of the best buffs you can provide. You should also clean up your chloro tree, as it's a mess with ability points scattered around. Aside from qualifying for the next tier, points should pretty much be spent all or nothing in a talent.
For a third soul you can stick with 0 point dominator, but transmogrify isn't relaly needed and you might end up with mana problems. 8 points into necromancer lets you tap your pet for mana, basically giving you infinite mana.
