Raid guild in the making! Right now we have a good balance of dps/tank/heal and are seeking more members as we start gearing up and assisting others in gearing up for raids/T2 farming/premade PvP etc...

Alot of 50's in the guild now, with quite a few in the 40's. A handful of us are running T2's consistently but still stop and help out with T1's whenever. Recruiting for members level 45+. Level 40~ is cool, but ya gotta be on a mission to hit 50 soon

About us:
Very casual and laid back guild. Playing well (intelligently) is a must, but we know that's something you learn as you go. Nobody expects you to know everything about T1/2 runs, rift raids or actual raids. We do expect that you know how to play your class well (you did get to level 50...), but everybody is cool with helping getting specs right.

Some basic requirements:
1- Learn your job. If you are re-specing, it is assumed you will practice that spec assisting others on lower dungeons or T1's before coming on guild T2's. (i.e. as a rogue, getting to level 50, going through T1 gambit as a MM and start rogue tanking T2's isn't cool).

2- Good attitude. Elitism and arrogance isn't cool. Nobody likes it, it doesn't work well with team dynamics and is generally just a pain in the ***. All the leaders help all the members. All the members help each other. Wether it's advice, taking down a rift, finishing quests, whatever.

3- Be flexible. So you're the worlds best cleric/warrior/rogue tank. Awesome. You can out-DPS everybody on the server. Rad. The raid or T2 run needs a bard instead and you're the lowest DPS or only rogue. Guess what buddy Seriously though, everybody is encouraged to play what they play well and enjoy, but sometimes the needs of the run outweigh personal preference. That being said, if you're a mage, have chloro unlocked and know it. If you're a rogue tank, have a dps/support role ready. If you're solely commited to dps, have a ranged and melee spec ready. If you're a cleric, for the love of all that is holy, be willing to go Healer if needed.

4- Support the guild. If we have an event planned, attend or let us know you can't (not so we can keep tabs. So we can prepare for what's coming up). When we start doing raids, T2 farming, rifts, on a regular basis, we will more than likely go on a point loot system (the more you participate/show up on time, the more points you get type of thing). Contribute more, get more.

4b- Supporting eachother. Helping with quests, farming rep, farming rifts, all that jazz. If somebody needs some help and you're out finding all the puzzles, just help them out. Easy-peasy.

That's about it. Like said earlier. Causal, laid back, fun group of people that enjoy the game and have fun with it. We're just starting into end-game and have goals set to do raids and all that on a regular basis.

Most active times are 6pm-12am Server time, but have a good number of people on throughout the day. Once we get up and going, we will set raid times up according to when most people are on/available. Tonight (June 14th) at 8:30pm we're doing crafting/expert rifts, if you're interested in coming or joining the guild, let us know before hand.
