Dual Wielding warrior or Dual Wielding Rouge?

The warrior would do more physical damage, but rouge could severely hurt the enemy's pride and composure.
That said, skill, gear, raid composition and encounter mechanics usually each affect the results significantly.

The power of dual-wielding makeup!

But in all seriousness, Warriors and Rogues are going to depend on their build and parsing. With how fast patches fly out, there's no quick and easy answer.

Don't get hung up on what the calling is called.

A rogue in Rift can be any of 8 different things, all of them very different from one another

There really is no point...at all...in picking a calling based on top dps numbers. Pick a calling that offers a playstyle you find entertaining. Rogues have their place, as do warriors. Rogues are the sneaky, slippery style of gameplay. Warriors are the more in-your-face style. Personally, I don't run Rift minimized and mash buttons while I watch a parser on the other monitor. I play the game and, if I'm so inclined, I check the parser after. If numbers equate to a compelling gaming experience for you, you can always just spend a couple of hours here and there browsing random google spreadsheets.

Not trying to be snide, but it's the truth. Pick a calling based on how you like to play and worry about the numbers after.

i am picking how i like to play. im just trying to decide which one of the two put out the type of DPS like rogues in WoW do. cuz i kno with rogues i can do poisons and all but im just trying to find one thats all about combos and just dealing out alot of dmg in a very short amount of time. but i do think im leaning towards warrior just cuz rogues tends to have more of passive stats off of dodges and parrys when i rather just swing and do the dmg

You're getting hung up on what the calling is called.

Bladedancers rely on parrying and dodging to do things, Assassins don't, Nightblades don't.. All three of those are rogue dps souls. And so are Ranger, Marksman, and Saboteur.

There is no direct analog to a "wow rogue." Partly because that's not how the design worked, and also because even in WoW, rogues had three entirely different playstyles depending on your main spec.
